Excellent location and brilliant & friendly staff. Special mention for the girl on reception when we arrived on Friday 23rd Feb at 9-00 pm, and the young man on the morning of 24th Feb who were fantastically helpful. Sorry for not catching names, but they deserve a bonus! Great tapas linked to hotel, and many others near by. La Maripepa Cervecería five minutes for good beer selection plus great selection of bars, cocktail bars, and cafes all easy walking. All main tourist places in easy walking distance, with Roya Palace a 25 min walk.

I enjoyed a lot my stay at Hotel Mora in Madrid. This hotel is well situated, with professional people at the reception and clean rooms with pretty views, at least the one I stayed in. What I like about it is that it's a non-pretentious place. Nearby, you can find nice bars, restaurants, museums, stores and good coffee shops. All you need to have a wonderful time. Thanks!

Very clean. Nice views to "Paseo del Prado". Just 2min walking from Atocha station (bus to the aiport and train to different citirs in Spain) and 20min walking to GranVía, one of the most vibrant street in Madrid. Definitely I will be back.

Hotel Mora is a great value quiet hotel in an excellent location on Paseo del Prado. It is very close to a metro station and a walking distance to the major museums. Very friendly staff especially on reception. Highly recommended.

Liked the location. Room and bathroom are clean and with good space. However as the room is for 4 persons, it would be good to have an extra chair, a fridge and a water kettle would be even better.

The space at the desk was a bit too tight. I did love the convenient location to the Prada, Reina Sofia and Thyssen Bornemisza museums

We are happy with the service provided by staff. Enjoyed the location and our room, the only minus is not having a mini fridge in the room, which would be useful as we prepare coffee/tea, and to keep some of our fruit juices. Location is strategic, we used Bus 001 quite often to go to Gran Via

As always, it was friendly, efficient, clean and safe. We have stayed with you for many years and have never been disappointed. The upgrades that we noted this time were much appreciated. Lovely hotel, with old style charm and elegance. The staff were friendly and courteous. The bedroom and ensuite bathroom were clean and serviceable, if a little small. This didn't bother us, though it may bother others. The bed was very comfortable. Noise from other rooms in close proximity could be an issue if you're a light sleeper. The location was excellent.....right across from the botanic gardens and the Prado museum. All in all we had a lovely 3 days in the Mora hotel, Madrid.

It is a lovely traditional (in the very best sense) hotel located in a perfect place for communications and cultural exploration Madrid. The service was impeccable and the room was spacious, clean, conformable and it even had a small balcony facing the Paseo del Prado (Botanic Garden). The windows must be very well insulated because it was very quiet (I was on the second floor). Overall, a great experience.
