Paseo del Prado

Paseo del Prado is an elegant boulevard which connects two of the most famous squares in Madrid, Plaza de Cibeles and Plaza de Emperador Carlos V, better known as Plaza de Atocha.

Culture is cosily linked with Paseo del Prado and its charm. In just over one kilometer this boulevard contains one of the best cultural areas in the world. Prado Museum, Reina Sofía Art Gallery and Thyssen Bornemisza make up the space known as “Triangle of Art”. To this trio of museums we should add, CaixaForum, the Botanical Garden and the Naval Museum to complete this wonderful space.

When you walk around this wooded boulevard you will be immersed in a historic frame of old Madrid, the Madrid of the top hats and horse carriages.
